About the course

The experience of an employee inside an organisation is crucial for their performance. Circumstances and external factors that are out of an employee's control can have a serious impact on the way they function in a company. It is imperative for every organisation to prioritise its employee's wellbeing and provide them with the right conditions and opportunities in order to not only enhance their performance, but also promote their engagement to their work. In this module we will focus on employee experience and engagement and how to develop them.
