About the course

The goal of job evaluation is to compare jobs with each other in order to create a fair, equitable, and consistent pay structure for everyone. Following that a rewards structure can be put in place through which your employees can be rewarded accurately and effectively. Finally, delivering feedback is an important method of managing both overperforming and underachieving employees and therefore should be done correctly and at the appropriate time. Τhis module focuses on how to perform a job evaluation, how to create an effective rewards system and how to give appropriate feedback to your employees.
