About the course

Remote work is becoming more and more popular over the years. The flexibility that comes with it has shown benefits for both the organisation and its employees. Yet, in order for a work flexibility programme to be effective, it is crucial for the leadership of an organisation to make the right arrangements for their remote employees so as to increase their productivity and enhance their engagement with the organisation.
