About the course

Training your employees is a method of enhancing performance and creating better working conditions. However, to do that you need to be aware what areas are in need of training or if training is needed at all. Moreover, it is also important to identify what results the training had to your employees. In this module we will discuss how you can assess your organisation's training needs, how to design a training programme and how to assess its effectiveness.
