Lesson 2: How to Design an Effective Training Programme
A well formulated programme design is the essential foundation on which an effective training programme will be built on. Of equal importance is the creation of a good learning space through various methods such as providing the trainees with a training plan and an overview of the course among other things.
Lesson 3: How to Assess Training Effectiveness
Evaluating training is an important final step after any training has concluded. Same as with training, the evaluation must be designed with accuracy though various means. The training outcomes can be measured through different methods which should be used according to the needs.
